Oil purification system SMM-1,7A

The unit is designed for heating, drying and refining of transformer oil from mechanical impurities, water and acids. It is also intended for insulation restoration of current and voltage oil-filled transformers, for solid insulation cleaning of power transformers, for insulation drying of power transformers, transformer oil regeneration with granular synthetic or natural adsorbents, regeneration of granular synthetic or natural adsorbents with vacuum, for regeneration and refining of other types of mineral and synthetic oil.

Oil purification system SMM-1.7A is designed for removal of solid particles, water and gases from electric insulation oils with viscosity up to 70 cSt at 50ºС.

 

The system purifies oil to class 9 purity with source purity class 13 (impurities by weight no more than 0,004%) after multiple passes of the product through filter block.

The oil purification system can be used for installation, repair and operation of oil filled high-voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high voltage switches etc).

Ambient conditions for operation:

- ambient temperature + 10 to + 35°С;

- atmospheric pressure 84 to 106,7 kPa (26.77 to 31.49 in.hg);

- elevation up to 2000 m;

- fire and explosion proof building.
