OIL PURIFICATION SYSTEM SMM-2,2
Oil purification system SMM-2.2 is designed for removal of solid particles, water and gases from electric insulation oils with viscosity up to 70 cSt at 50ºС. The system is comprised of oil pumps, retainer and fine filters, vacuum tank, vacuum pump, control cabinet, piping system. The control cabinet contains circuitry for control of the system operation. Control circuit is protected by automatic switch. The front panel of the control cabinet contains light indication of pump and heater operation. Oil enters the system via the mesh filter, oil gear pump, and retainer to the vacuum tank jacket, where it ie heated to +55 / 60 °С by electric heaters. The oil then passes into the vacuum tank, where moisture from the oil is evaporated. Water vapor and gases are removed nu the vacuum pump, and the dehydrated oil passes through fine filter. All gear pumps are equipped with safety valves. Applications
